our priorities

Addressing Serious Medical Conditions

Collegium’s highly experienced team cares deeply about “doing right” by our patient and medical communities. We lead with science to ensure that our portfolio contains effective treatment options that provide consistent support to people living with serious medical conditions and the healthcare professionals treating them.

Corporate Governance Philosophy

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of business and professional ethics. These ethical standards entail complying with applicable laws, regulations and policies, and considering the impact of each of our decisions on our ability to serve and make a positive impact in the lives of people suffering from serious medical conditions. We believe that good corporate governance is essential to enabling, implementing and preserving our ethical standards, and ultimately creates long-term benefit of all our stakeholders, the wellness of our communities and the successful execution of our mission.

Collegium’s success is driven by our people. We have created a culture that is supportive, integrated, transparent and respectful, and inspired by our mission, core values and impact.

  • Fostering Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Collegium is committed to fostering DEI in our workplace and workforce, and throughout our wider communities. Our multi-year DEI goals are integrated into our business objectives and everyday work, and our DEI Council is leading many efforts to ensure our DEI actions are aligned throughout the organization.
  • Encouraging Employee Engagement: Our team is highly motivated and engaged, as reflected in our 2022 annual employee survey in which responses exceeded the Pharma Benchmark in nearly all areas.
  • Driving Community Impact: Collegium’s charitable giving and volunteer activities are deeply ingrained in our organization and focus on supporting the wellness of our communities and working for equitable access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education. In 2022, Collegium donated over $350,000 to support a variety of STEM charitable initiatives and charities providing clothing and food for community members in need.
