COVID-19 and Our Call Center Capabilities
Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are moving to a fully remote home-based working environment for our call center staff effective 18 March. As we adjust to this new environment, there may be times where the demand exceeds our online capabilities. For anyone reporting an Adverse Event and/or a Product Complaint, if you receive a telephone busy signal (ie: if all lines busy/engaged) please continue to try your call throughout the day or email your report to: email@example.com. If reporting by email, please include the drug name, problem/adverse event, date it occurred, patient age and sex, and your contact information. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to follow-up on your report and collect complete information.
