Ingrid McPhilliamy joined Collegium Pharmaceutical in January 2026 as General Manager, ADHD. She is a healthcare executive with deep experience in global commercialization, product launch and relaunch, strategy, marketing, and business development across biopharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.
Prior to joining Collegium, Ms. McPhilliamy was Global Product Development & Commercialization Lead for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a genetic neuromuscular rare disease, at Biogen, leading global strategy and commercialization for a flagship rare disease therapy. Previously, she held senior marketing roles at Horizon Therapeutics, including Vice President of Marketing for the Gout Business Unit, contributing to significant franchise growth before Horizon’s 2023 acquisition by Amgen.
Earlier in her career, she held senior strategy and marketing leadership roles at Fresenius Kabi USA, Fenwal, Inc., and Baxter International, with responsibilities spanning corporate strategy, business development, and marketing in stem cell collection, and cell therapy portfolios.
Ms. McPhilliamy earned an MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Kansas.
