CUMBERLAND, RI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-October 9, 2003-Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., a closely held specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced that it has relocated the Company's corporate headquarters to a new facility at Highland Corporate Park in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The site, which is approximately 25,000 square feet, incorporates all of Collegium's administrative functions as well as research and development including analytical laboratories and formulation development. The new facility represents a significant expansion from the Company's prior location in Hingham, Massachusetts and will allow the company to support its large number of on-going development projects and increasing staff.

Dr. Tibbetts was formerly Director of Quality Control at Copley Pharmaceutical. Prior to that, he held management and research positions at McNeil Consumer Products and Merck.
