JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst/Senior Supply Chain Analyst as a member of our professional team. As a member, you will be working with and learning from experienced pharmaceutical development and manufacturing professionals to understand every aspect of the Supply Chain needs for Collegium Pharmaceutical.

You will be responsible to develop a data-base of all APIs, raw materials, containers, and closures, components with primary and secondary Suppliers. This data-base will encompass the minimum purchase quantity, price, lead-time, and other pertinent Supply Chain information. You will serve as a contact for these Suppliers, for purchasing and to follow-up on issued Purchase Orders. In addition, you will work with the Finished Goods Distributor to track the Finished Goods selling pattern and establish a Corporate Manufacturing Schedule or Plan. .

As Collegium Pharmaceutical is a rapidly growing company, this position may require building a Supply Chain Department in the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare a data-base of all APIs, raw materials, containers, and closures, components with primary and secondary Suppliers;
  • Incorporate in this data-base the minimum purchase quantity, price, lead-time, and other pertinent Supply Chain information;
  • Update this data-base on a regular basis;
  • All cGMP materials are to be included into this data-base. Incorporation of non-cGMP development items into this data-base is to be decided;
  • With the data-base information and the Finished Goods information, perform a Material Planning Analysis on a regular basis;
  • Purchase any needs items, expedite or follow-up on some of these items;
  • Evaluate Supply Chain Software and make recommendation to management as to which software to purchase and when to purchase;

In addition, he/she must be able monitor progress effectively and communicate with all levels of corporate staff including top management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associate or Bachelor degree with 3-6 years relevant experience relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry. Degree to be in Business or Operations Management preferred.
